Shipping Policy

M&R Shipping Policy

We require payment in full prior to any items being shipped. All orders placed for delivery will be processed within 2 – 5 days. We delivery country wide and use third party courier services to facilitate deliveries, charges may vary based on location. Once orders are processed and packed, they are then shipped and subject to the courier’s standard terms and conditions.

In instances where stock is not available, a replenishment order will be placed which could delay the process however, every effort will be made to ensure goods are delivered within a reasonable time frame. The provision of goods and services is subject to availability; in cases of unavailability the provider will refund the client in full within 10 days. The provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of the goods ordered does not meet the providers standards: Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.

Only goods that have been unused, unopened and not damaged may be returned to the provider within 30 days.

We do not refund items when:

  • A client has had a change of mind
  • products have been opened and tampered with and not in a resalable condition.


You are however welcome to return goods when the incorrect item has been delivered. The client will be refunded the goods less the courier/postage fee unless the correct items were ordered but the incorrect items were shipped. Refunds will only be processed once goods have been received back and checked.
