At M&R Stainless Steel, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.
• To initiate a return, please email us at shop@mnrshop.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We’ll gladly exchange items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used items, items without original packaging, or clearance sale items cannot be returned.
